Eisa Night

Beginning June 13th, the date commemorating Okinawa City’s “Eisa Town Declaration,” and continuing until Obon which marks the start of the All-Island Eisa Festival, there are Eisa performances every weekend in each district of the city. At venues such as Koza Music Town’s “Music Plaza”, Ichibangai shopping promenade, and Plaza House Shopping Center, between 3 and 6 Youth Associations get together each week and build the mood toward the big event itself.
