World Natural Heritage - Learning about Nature in Amami and Yanbaru - "Let's make Amami and Yanbaru creatures" (lecture series)
Okinawa Zoo & Museum and Amami City Amami Museum will jointly hold a workshop to learn about the nature of the World Natural Heritage sites Amami and Yanbaru.
This is a series of 5 workshops for children, connecting the two regions online and promoting exchange between Amami and Okinawa.
In the workshop, based on the lectures by staff of the two museums on the nature of their respective regions, participants will create a box-shaped paper mini-theater on the theme of the unique wildlife of the two islands.
*Workshop creations will be returned after being exhibited at both parks' exhibitions.

■Capacity: 10 from Okinawa, 10 from Amami, 20 people in total
■Eligibility: Children interested in local nature
