Shimane Susanoo Magic fought a fierce battle in last season's semi-finals. This season, three of their main players, #2 Perrin Buford, #4 Nick Kay, and #8 Reid Travis, remain and will face the Kings as rivals from the west. In addition to their high offensive abilities, the three players can run, defend, and rebound, and are led by Japan's national team guard, #3 Seiya Ando. They will be a strong opponent at the Okinawa Arena with a buzzsaw style that quickly switches from defense to offense.
