Koza Dance Contest (Battle of the Year pre-event) ＠Koza Music Town

Koza Dance Contest!!

The world's largest international break dancing competition "BATTLE OF THE YEAR" will be held at Okinawa Arena on Saturday, December 3, 2022. In addition, a month prior to the big event, a pre-event will be held on November 3, 2022 (Thu.) at the Koza Music Town.

In this dance contest, "ISSA" of the Japanese pop group DA PUMP, "BBOY TAISUKE" who won the BATTLE OF THE YEAR three times in a row, the first in the history of the competition, and Sound Cream Steppers YUKI, an early member of the Japanese dance and pop gropu TRF and a dancer in J-pop princess Ayumi Hamasaki's national tour, will judge the competition.
The event will be hosted by a splendid lineup with legend HORIE Harucalloway, who boasts a 40-year career in the entertainment industry as MC, DA PUMP rap artist KIMI, and DJ LAZY, who has placed 2nd in the DMC JAPAN Okinawa qualifying rounds. Please come and join us!

After October 7, we will be accepting entries for the dance contest.
The best 8 winners will advance to the next stage.
The details for the Next Stage is TBD.
