Okinawa Zoo & Museum Festival 2023
During the festival, admission is free for elementary school students and younger.
Anpanman show will be held on 5/7 (Sun.)!

At this year's event, there will be many exciting experiences to enjoy, including hands-on programs to learn about animals, making things, stage performances, and more!
The entire "Satoyama Labyrinth" area will also have a new grand opening!
New animals, such as capybaras and monkeys, will join the new area.
There is an "Animal Plaza" where you can see, touch, and learn about the animals.

■Date: May 3 (Wed.) - 7 (Sun.), 2023; 9:00-18:00 (last admission 17:00)
*The park will open 30 minutes earlier than usual.

■Place: Water and Green Square stage area

・ZOO Booth
①Try the Animal Quizoo!
Take a quiz about your favorite animals such as lions, giant anteaters, etc.
②Challenge animals' amazing abilities!
You can challenge the grip strength of a chimpanzee, the jumping ability of a jaguar, etc.
③Challenge the work of zookeepers and veterinarians!
You can challenge the work of zoo veterinarians and zookeepers.
④Challenge the zoo wakuwaku-jutsu!
You can experience the feeder and hammock used by animals with a fire hose.
⑤Hand made experience!
You can try making snake shell amulets (¥200) and felt ball straps made of horsehair (¥300).

⑥Let's make something with leftover scraps of wood! (¥500)
You can make your own crafts with wood scraps.
⑦Let's play with clay!
You can knead clay and make your own creatures.
⑧Let's play with sound!
You can experience the popular "Pipe Do-re-mi" at the Wonder Museum.
⑨Let's play with animals ! (¥400)
Make masks that can be turned into animals.
⑩Let's play with mysteries! (¥100)
(¥100) Experience a vacuum experiment using marshmallows.

Visitors can try their hand at soap bubbles using a soap bubble machine.
