Arasaki Taiko Sanshin　｜Area: Awase

This Ryukyu musical instrument shop is known as the only place that can repair certain sanshin ("Shinkabegata") designated as cultural assets. Apart from repairs and restoration work, they also manufacture and sell the renowned and oldest type of sanshin, the "Keijogata" as well as Eisa drums, roped drums and paarankuu. The long-established business has proudly supported the Eisa culture of this region since its inception.
