Teruya Rinsuke Sanshin Store　｜Area: Chuo

The sanshin specialty store opened by the craftsman and paragon of the Nomura-style classical folk music, Rinzan Teruya. His son, Rinsuke, set the stage for Okinawan pop music in postwar Okinawa, and lends his nickname "Terurin" to the store. It is now the third generation, Rinjiro, who carries the family tradition as master craftsman making the finest sanshin. Apart from selling them he also repairs and appraises sanshin.
