Kokyokan |Area: Chuo
Douse yourself in the sounds of Okinawa's music legend!
Kyokokan is a live music entertainment venue located on Okinawa City's Chuo Avenue street. It's entrance smells of the hard rock scene from the 70's.
The venue is owned by Eiichi Miyanaga, former drummer and singer of Okinawa's legendary rock band "Murasaki."
In one day, they offer two stage performances led by him.
Their set list includes poplar rock songs from past years, so you're sure to recognize a number or two, even if you don't know much about rock music.
It goes without saying that the performance quality is top notch, and people come from far and wide to hear the authentic sounds of rock here.
