Zenzai no Uehara (it's a ○○, but serves soba)
The ultimate in "but, soba"!
The owner of "Zenzai no Uehara" says that as their name implies, their specialty is Zenzai. However, their Okinawa soba is truly superb! The bonito broth is gentle and elegant, yet punchy. The soup is reminiscent of the famous restaurant in Ozato, Okinawa City, and it is no wonder that the restaurant has a long line of customers, or at least there should be! A gem in the rough with great potential, backed up by a solid ability! The noodles are made locally by Chinen noodle factory in Koza. Of course, their zenzai is authentic, passed on directly from the famous store in Motobu! Their nostalgic yellow curry, cooked on order one at a time, is also popular!
