Hiyagon Youth Association
Characterized by the light movements during their taiko dance and by the use of traditional dance forms in their hand dance. Their vibrant taiko drum performance of “Toshindoi” is not to be missed. In the Taisho Period the hand dance mainly used gongs and small cymbals, but in later years these changed to paper fans. Adding Chatan Town's Jagaru taiko Eisa to the mix, they came up with their own Hiyagon style.
